The Riverside Museum, designed by Zaha Hadid, is the striking new home for Glasgow’s internationally significant transport collection. Many of your favourite exhibits from the old Museums are here and many more.
The displays are bound to impress: including cars climbing the walls, bikes suspended from the ceiling and even a train engine hovering from the mezzanine!
In fact, there are more than twice the numbers of exhibits as there were in the old Museum.
New Attractions Include:
- Three reconstructed Glasgow Streets
- South African Railways locomotive 3007, the Museum’s Largest object
- High tech interactive displays bringing the collection to life.
