My wife and myself stayed here on Friday 26/04/13, wonderful hotel staff are really friendly any question I had was answered polietly and clearly. The hotel was very clean with reasonable sized rooms, breakfast was 1st class with a good selection available. Would not hesitate in booking this hotel again.

Excellent value for money and so convenient for Kelvingrove Museum.
This is a centrally situated, well run hotel, comfortable, with good facilities, and a most helpful and courteous staff. I appreciated particularly the vegetarian breakfast. Highly recommended.
“Great location, Delicious full vegan breakfast”Reviewed 14 January 2013
We picked this hotel originally because they offer a full vegan scottish breakfast, and ended up liking everything about the hotel! When you book your room, there is a place to request the vegan breakfast–it comes with everything including porridge with soya milk, potato scones, tomatoes, mushrooms, vegan sausages, toast, etc. The room was really cozy, with tea and biscuits refilled every day. The West End location is terrific, practically across the street from the Kelvingrove. It is on the main road but is not loud or noisy and it’s a relatively quick, easy walk right downtown. There is also a lot to do right nearby–their bar at the hotel is lovely and the Snaffle Bit is a pub next door that was really nice and friendly and if you enjoy vegan food, The 78 is basically around the corner. Everyone on staff is super friendly and helpful. There is also a bus stop right out front if you prefer to take transportation instead of walking. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice hotel and I will tell anyone who looks for a traditional hotel to take a look at your homepage. Staff was nice and breakfast was great.
“Excellent value, warm and friendly”Reviewed 18 February 2013
Pleasant surprise! Met with a warm, cosy welcome. Hotel very clean and staff friendly. Definitely great value for money. Room big and although at front of the hotel, noise level was minimum. Looked as though room had been recently refurbished with beautiful decor and en- suite. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent breakfast. Extremely happy with our experience and would definitely return. Very convenient to both Westend and City centre.
Would come and stay again. Very nice all round. Love the tartan! Thanks.
The staff, especially Patricia and Kristy went out of their way to accommodate me! Thanks for the early check-in as I was up for over 40 hours at that time! (Work travel) After 21 straight working days, sleep was more important and there was no noise in the room whatsoever! Great food in the Sutherlands restaurant downstairs, great service, great price, very happy. Very comfortable too! Your service matched your very enjoyable city, I was impressed as it turned out to be very friendly, very safe. I’ll spend more time here next chance I get!
Excellent hotel. Very convenient and most friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommended. There were no problems during my stay. Rated everything outstanding.
