Good service and friendly staff. Good breakfast every day.
Everyone has been very kind and helpful. Rated everything outstanding.
Beautiful, large rooms. Very nicely decorated. Very clean. Close to the “on and off” tour bus stops. Very nice and helpful front desk staff. Getting parking in the small parking lot is a huge advantage if you can get it. A very nice breakfast. Many, many restaurants in close walking distance. Using the “on and off” tour bus to learn about the city and to get to the city attractions was a nice option. Checking in early enough to secure a parking spot was a great advantage.
Home from home. All staff are first class. Beds so comfortable. Stayed last year, very central location. This hotel doesn’t need anything else. Marisol at reception – a real gem.
We had a lovely room, (apparently recently renovated). The bathroom was roomy and modern and our bed was very comfortable. Staff were all warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. Perfect location, especially if you need to be close to University of Glasgow campus. We enjoyed dinners at the Firebird restaurant and The Butchershop restaurant, both of which within walking distance of hotel.
We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was cozy and the staff friendly. We requested vegan breakfast and were delighted with the excellent food we were provided–they even checked the ingredients on the potato scones and veg sausages to make sure they were vegan for us. The vegan full scottish was delicious! We really appreciate how accommodating everyone was to us This hotel is located at the West End Sauchiehall area and it is a terrific spot to check out this side of town. The Kelvingrove is just a minute or two walk away and there are lots of cozy, inviting pubs and restaurants all around the area.
“Great budget hotel”Reviewed 21 May 2013
Stayed one night here and no complaints at all. Clean, friendly staff (especially at breakfast), good brekkie, great location. Park, art gallery, bus links, good restaurants (try Mother India for a top notch curry) and close to town. Bed comfy and a good nights sleep. Would definitely stay sgain.

Was delighted with all the factors. A business trip for the one night. Next time I come to Glasgow I will be shopping and will be sure of where to stay.
We were here for one night. The room was clean and the personnel was friendly.
Excellent value for money. Reception very friendly and competent.
