Caroline Gordon Conway Wedding – November 2011

“We just wanted to drop you a note to let you know what a lovely time we had at our wedding at the Argyll Hotel on Friday 11 November 2011.

Everything was as we had planned.  Our guests all commented on how excellent the food was, and the staff were very attentive to our needs.  We especially loved the Congratulations sign outside, and the room was lit exactly as we wanted; it was really cosy with the fire adding to the atmosphere.  We were made to feel very special on our day.

The bride’s parents and brother and his partner also stayed at the hotel for 2 nights for the wedding and commented on how nice the room was.  Mrs McLaughlan (mother of the
bride) also commented on how helpful the reception staff was, they were initially booked into the guest house but on request were moved into the main hotel.

We had found it difficult to find a venue that met all our needs; perfect for an intimate wedding, traditional Scottish menu, good choice of drinks and value for money.
The Argyll certainly met all our needs.
